You have the possibility to return or exchange one or more items within a period of 30 DAYS following receipt of your original order provided that the items meet our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging).

Return costs are your responsibility (we do not accept returns to relay points), except for a product defective upon receipt, or an error in Newtone when sending the product.

This garment is made with a unique artisanal dyeing technique and specific treatment; your NEWTONE piece elaborated with this dyeing process, may be caused to rub off on lighter garments.
Each NEWTONE product is a unique, collector's item that will develop a patina over the course of several washes, giving it its distinctive, inimitable character.
As a result, we recommend washing your NEWTONE product separately, inside out and by hand only.
