Make a return
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You are responsible for return shipping costs(we do not accept returns to relay points), except in the case of a defective product upon receipt, or an error by Newtone when sending the product. Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not have been subject to extended shipping. Items returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled will not be accepted.

2. Please fold the garment correctly before returning it. 3. Securely pack all returned items in a box, along with the purchase invoice and a note stating your RMA number.You can use the packaging in which the items arrived or another box if you prefer.

5. Drop off your parcel at the post office or use another parcel delivery service. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items.
Refund
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days.
If the returned item was paid for in a currency other than that of your place of residence, any refund will be made in the currency of purchase. Due to variations in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the price originally paid.

We advise you to remove the badges before each wash.
This garment is made using a unique artisanal dyeing technique and a specific treatment; your NEWTONE garment, made using this dyeing process, may rub off on lighter-colored garments.
Each NEWTONE product is a unique collector's item that will develop a patina over time, giving it its distinctive and inimitable character.
For this reason, we recommend washing your NEWTONE product separately, inside out and by hand only.
