Make a return
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You may return or exchange one or more items within 30 DAYS of receiving your original order, provided that the items meet our return policy requirements (unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging).
You are responsible for return shipping costs(we do not accept returns at pickup locations), except in the case of a product that is defective upon receipt or an error on Newtone’s part when shipping the product.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn for an extended period. Therefore, items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, wrinkled, used, or stained cannot be accepted.
1. Please visit our online return form to register your items. (Items returned without first completing the form will not be accepted.)
2. Please fold the garment properly before returning it.
3. Pack all returned items securely in a box, along with the sales receipt and a note indicating your RMA number. You can use the packaging the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
4. Please visit a post office, a La Poste service location, or the La Poste website to fill out the shipping form at this address:

5. Drop off your package at the post office or with another shipping service to send it.
You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items.
