How can I return my order ?
You have the possibility to return or exchange one or more items within a period of 30 DAYS following receipt of your original order provided that the items meet our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging).
Return costs are your responsibility (we do not accept returns to relay points), except for a defective product upon receipt, or an error by Newtone when sending the product.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and packaging, and must not have been subject to prolonged wear. Therefore, items returned incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled cannot be accepted.
1. We invite you to visit our return form online to register your items. (Items returned without the form having been completed first will not be accepted).

3. Securely package all returned items in a box, along with the purchase invoice and a note specifying your RMA numberYou can use the packaging the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
4. We invite you to go to a post office or a La Poste contact point or on the La Poste website, fill out the shipping slip at this address:

5. Drop off your package at the post office or with another service to ship the package.
