You may return or exchange one or more items within 30 DAYS of receiving your original order, provided that the items meet our return policy requirements (unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging).

You are responsible for return shipping costs (we do not accept returns at pickup locations), except in the case of a product that is defective upon receipt or an error on Newtone’s part when shipping the product.

This garment is made using a unique artisanal dyeing technique and a specific treatment; your NEWTONE piece, crafted using this dyeing process, may bleed onto lighter-colored clothing.

Each NEWTONE product is a one-of-a-kind collector’s item that will develop a unique patina with each wash, giving it its own distinctive and inimitable character.

For this reason, we recommend washing your NEWTONE product separately, inside out, and by hand only.
