Refund

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days.

If the returned item was paid for in a currency other than that of your place of residence, any refund will be made in the currency of purchase. Due to variations in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the price originally paid.

LATE OR MISSED PAYMENT (if applicable)

If you haven't yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially published. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is mailed.
