You can return or exchange one or more items within 30 DAYS of receiving your original order, provided that the items comply with our return conditions (unworn, labelled and in their original packaging).

You are responsible for return shipping costs (we do not accept returns to relay points), except in the case of a defective product upon receipt, or an error by Newtone when sending the product.
