HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You are responsible for return shipping costs(we do not accept returns at pickup locations), except in the case of a product that is defective upon receipt or an error on Newtone’s part when shipping the product. Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn for an extended period of time. Therefore, items returned incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled cannot be accepted.

2. Please fold the garment properly before returning it. 3. Pack all returned items securely in a box, along with the sales receipt and a note indicating your RMA number. You may use the original packaging in which the items arrived or another box if you prefer.

4. We invite you to visit either a post office, a La Poste service location, or the La Poste website to fill out the shipping form at this address:

5. Drop off your package at the post office or with another shipping service to send it. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If the returned item was paid for in a currency other than that of your country of residence, any refund will be issued in the currency of the original purchase. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original purchase price.

We offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments via PayPal with no minimum purchase required.

To take advantage of this payment option, select PayPal as your payment method once you’re in your shopping cart. You’ll be redirected directly to the PayPal platform , where you’ll be offered the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments. Your request will be verified, and you’ll be able to complete your payment.

WHY DOESN'T MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT OFFER THE 4-INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTION?

The PayPal "4 Installments with No Fees " payment option allows you to pay for your purchase in three monthly installments, subject to PayPal's approval.

So it is indeed the platform that processes the requests. You’ll receive an immediate response. If the option to pay in 4 installments doesn’t appear when paying via PayPal, it’s often because you’ve reached your payment limit: increase it through your bank account or contact PayPal. Of course, you must have a PayPal account linked to a verified payment method.

Newtone reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any order from a User with whom it is in dispute, for any reason whatsoever.

- Shopify Payments uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol and provides all necessary security measures for online transactions. The integrity of the data exchanged between the Buyer and the secure Shopify Payments platform is protected against hacking attempts. Confidential data is transmitted directly in encrypted form to the Shopify Payments server, without ever passing through Newtone’s servers.

- PayPal allows you to make online transactions without having to provide your bank details. Once registered, you simply need to enter your email address and password to pay for your purchases or make a transfer, which saves you a lot of time.

Your banking information remains private. All payment information is processed through Stripe’s servers. No credit card information appears on our website, newtone-brand.com, and we never have access to it.

We recommend removing the tags before each wash.
This garment is made using a unique artisanal dyeing technique and a special treatment; your NEWTONE piece, crafted using this dyeing process, may bleed onto lighter-colored clothing.
Each NEWTONE product is a one-of-a-kind collector’s item that will develop a patina over time with each wash, giving it its own distinctive and inimitable character.

For this reason, we recommend washing your NEWTONE product separately, inside out, and by hand only.
