2.1 Ownership

Newtone is the owner of the domain name of the Site.

The Site as a whole and the elements that make it up (including text, tree, software, animations, photographs, videos, illustrations, diagrams, graphics, logos, etc..) are intellectual works protected by Articles L. 111-1 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property. They are the exclusive property of Newtone, only entitled to use such intellectual property rights and personality rights relating thereto, trademarks, models, works of the mind, software, databases, interpretations, images of people and this, originally or by the effect of a license or express permission.

2.2 Penalties

The use of all or part of the Site, including downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or dissemination for purposes other than for personal and private use in a non-commercial purpose of the user is strictly prohibited. Violation of the rights of Newtone exposes its author to the penalties provided both by the Code of Intellectual Property under, in particular, the infringement of copyright (Article L. 335-1 et seq.), right of trademarks (Article L. 716-1 et seq.) that the Civil Code in terms of civil liability (Article 9, Articles 1382 et seq.).

2.3 Hyperlinks

The creation of any hypertext links to any of the web pages or elements comprising the Site is prohibited, unless prior written permission of Newtone, which may be revoked at any time. All sites with a hyperlink to the Site or any of its components are not under the control of Newtone and it therefore disclaims any responsibility (including editorial) regarding access and content of these sites.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

Newtone strives to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of information on the Site, which it reserves the right to correct, at any time and without notice, the content. However, Newtone can not guarantee the accuracy, precision and completeness of the information made available on the Site, which information does not constitute a guarantee or a commitment on the part of Newtone to the user.

The French courts are territorially competent to hear any dispute relating to the use of the Site, except for provisions to the contrary arising from Regulation No. 44/2001 of 20 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (Brussels I).
