HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return or exchange one or more items within 30 DAYS of receiving your original order, provided that the items comply with our return conditions (unworn, labelled and in their original packaging).
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product upon receipt, or an error by Newtone in shipping the product. Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not have been subject to extended shipping. Items returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled will not be accepted.
1. Please visit our return form to register your items (items returned without this form having been filled in will not be accepted).

3. Securely pack all returned items in a box, along with the purchase invoice and a note stating your RMA number. You can use the packaging in which the items arrived, or another box if you prefer.
4. print your label and stick it on your parcel.
