Reimbursement

Our hard policy 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

If the returned item was paid for in a currency other than that of your place of residence, any refund will be made in the currency of purchase. Due to changes in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the price originally paid.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially published. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
